The global trend of declining birth rates has impacted traditional labor-intensive manufacturing industries. Facing rising labor costs, industries worldwide are adopting intelligent-assisted production to increase output. The ultimate goal is to establish database systems that enhance product data analysis capabilities, enabling adaptation to industrial changes, strengthening market competitiveness, and increasing product value.

Machine tool feed systems, composed of feed mechanisms and NC control systems, play a critical role in dynamic accuracy. The servo characteristics of each axis significantly affect machining quality. Poor feed system performance can lead to machining defects, delaying customer delivery schedules and reducing production efficiency. Currently, service personnel often rely on experience and trial-and-error methods to diagnose issues, without direct involvement from design engineers, making timely fault resolution difficult.
