In the landscape of Taiwan’s machine tool industry, "precision" is our foundation and "efficiency" is our pursuit. However, 2025 marked a milestone for the Taiwan Machine Tool & Accessory Builders’ Association (TMBA) in demonstrating its "soft power." Through the "TMBA Corporate Volunteer Alliance," initiated by the Social Responsibility (S) Committee, we wrote countless moving chapters in the second half of the year. From accompanying seniors in the height of summer to mountain cleaning in autumn, and mobilizing support for the underprivileged at year-end—every drop of sweat and every donation converged into the most powerful warm current for industrial transformation.

On November 17, the Taichung City Government hosted the “Greater Taichung Corporate Volunteer Day” to honor corporate volunteers for their contributions to public welfare and social responsibility. The TMBA Corporate Volunteer Alliance received a certificate of appreciation, represented by Wu You-Jie, Convener of the Social Responsibility Committee. The event featured a keynote speech by the Mayor of Taoyuan, sharing insights on collaboration between municipalities and businesses to advance social responsibility. The lively exchanges highlighted the vital role of corporate volunteers in driving social progress and sustainability.
